Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and waterslide users must be at least 3 feet 8 inches tall. Guests between 3 feet 8 inches and 5 feet must complete a swim test without flotation equipment.
The Heights is located on the 27th floor and is reserved for adults. Its heated indoor Skyline Pool overlooks central Toronto, while the Movement Studio contains treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bicycles, weight-training machines, and other fitness equipment. The Horizon Deck provides an outdoor terrace above the surrounding streets. The area operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, though specific facilities may follow adjusted schedules.
The Elm Tavern serves casual meals and drinks in a sit-down setting. Branches Deli handles coffee, snacks, and quicker takeaway orders, while Monarchs provides another dining and breakfast venue. Operating hours and meal inclusions can change, and breakfast is not automatically included with every room rate.
