The recreational amenities are deliberately split between lively family facilities and a quieter adults-only level.
- The Hive Family Recreation
The Hive occupies the second floor and includes three distinct spaces. The Workshop provides supervised-style creative surroundings for children from approximately 18 months to eight years, while The Studio gives guests aged nine to 15 a lounge for gaming, digital activities, and social time. The Cove contains the family pool and the hotel’s 130-foot indoor corkscrew waterslide. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and waterslide users must be at least 3 feet 8 inches tall. Guests between 3 feet 8 inches and 5 feet must complete a swim test without flotation equipment.
- The Heights Adults-Only Wellness Area
The Heights is located on the 27th floor and is reserved for adults. Its heated indoor Skyline Pool overlooks central Toronto, while the Movement Studio contains treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bicycles, weight-training machines, and other fitness equipment. The Horizon Deck provides an outdoor terrace above the surrounding streets. The area operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, though specific facilities may follow adjusted schedules.
- Dining
The Elm Tavern serves casual meals and drinks in a sit-down setting. Branches Deli handles coffee, snacks, and quicker takeaway orders, while Monarchs provides another dining and breakfast venue. Operating hours and meal inclusions can change, and breakfast is not automatically included with every room rate.
- Free Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and public areas. It supports everyday browsing and remote work without requiring an additional internet charge.
- Underground Parking
The underground garage entrance is on the south side of Gerrard Street between Yonge and Bay streets. Registered guests are charged CAD 43 per night plus tax with unlimited entry and exit privileges. Parts of the garage have a maximum clearance of 5 feet 6 inches, so oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated.
- Pet-Friendly Stays
The hotel accepts up to two small or medium dogs weighing less than 50 pounds each. The charge is CAD 50 per room for stays of up to five nights, followed by another CAD 50 for each additional five-night period. Pets must remain leashed in public spaces and cannot enter restaurants, pools, recreation areas, or meeting rooms.
- Meetings and Events
More than 24,000 square feet of meeting and event space accommodates conferences, private gatherings, and larger functions. The available spaces range from boardrooms to ballrooms, with catering and event support available through the property.
- Accessibility
Accessible rooms include safety bars and handheld showers. Additional equipment—including a TTY typewriter, bed shaker, telephone-volume apparatus, clock control centre, and door knockers—is available on request. The hotel states that its accessibility program follows the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
