- Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure requests depend on availability and may carry additional charges.
- Minimum Age and Identification
The minimum age for check-in is 18. Guests should present government-issued photo identification and a valid payment card at arrival. Guests younger than 18 must stay with a parent or official guardian.
- Payment and Deposit Requirements

- Cancellation Policy

- Pet Policy
Chelsea Hotel, Toronto accepts a maximum of two dogs per room, each weighing less than 50 pounds. A CAD 50 cleaning charge applies for stays of up to five nights, with another CAD 50 charged for every additional five-night period. Pets must remain leashed in public areas and are excluded from restaurants, pools, recreation spaces, and meeting rooms. The hotel prefers that pets not be left unattended.

Guest rooms, balconies, and public areas are smoke-free. Smoking in a room may result in a CAD 250 recovery fee.
- Parking Policy
Overnight parking for registered guests costs CAD 43 per night plus tax and includes unlimited entry and exit. The underground garage has clearance as low as 5 feet 6 inches in some sections and cannot accept oversized passenger vehicles.
